Our extensive catering menu is prepared by Executive Chef David Wimmers, and includes a range of items.  Our Guests will choose from light hor d'oeuvres, to buffets, to plated meals. And we never forget about dessert options such as ice cream sundae bars, cakes and pies, or even elegant flambé stations. With comprehensive ABC permits, Croasdaile can supply a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Croasdaile can also provide equipment and services to give your event that special touch, including audio/video equipment, specialty candles and centerpieces, and attendants.
