Swim Team

Croasdaile Country Club is home of the Croasdaile Crocs Swim Team.  We are part of the Durham Summer Swim League (DSSL), which is comprised of seventeen pools in the greater Durham area. The purpose of the league is to provide a climate of friendly competition, where swimmers aged 4-18 can develop a love for the sport, improve their swimming skills, and learn the principals of good sportsmanship.  Swimmers are grouped by age and skill level: Learn to Swim participants, ages 3 and up; Crocs, ages 8 and under; and Crocodiles, ages 9 and up.  Crocs and Crocodiles will need to demonstrate an ability to swim two pool lengths, unassisted.

The 2023 season begins on May 15th and goes until July 8th. The full calendar can be found here, with additional important information here.  Interested swimmers have until April 17th to register using this form.

Swim Lessons

Croasdaile Country Club is pleased to once again offer swim lessons. Our Learn to Swim Program will be coached by our Swim Team coaches, and is open to all levels of swimmers, ages 3 and up. Lessons will be in a group format, with one coach to every two swimmers. We will have two sets of two week group lessons, offered during June, with the possibility of continuing in July, based on interest.
