Hours of Operation
The Professional Golf Shop will open and close with the following schedule:
In Season (April through September)
Tuesday-Thursday 7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday-Sunday, Holidays 7:00am – 7:00pm
Tee Times will begin at 8:00am,
Tuesday-Thursday and 7:30 Friday-Sunday.
Off Season (November through February)
Tuesday-Sunday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Tee Times will begin at 8:30am,
Tuesday-Sunday during this period
Transition Months (March and October)
Tuesday-Sunday 7:30am – 7:00pm
Tee Times will begin at 8:00am Tuesday-Sunday during this period
Practice Facilities
Practice balls will be available, weather pending, once the Professional Golf Shop opens and until it closes Tuesday through Saturday. The Practice Facilities will close 1 hour, conditions pending, after the Professional Golf Shop closes for cleaning and re-setting. The Main Practice Range will close every Sunday at 5:30pm during In Season Months and 4:30pm during the Off Season months (balls will not be available beyond 30 minutes prior to the Range closing on Sundays).
Your Professional Golf Staff will assist all Members and Guests with Golf Facility Rules and Guidelines and we appreciate your understanding and observance of the Rules and Guidelines as provided by your Professional Staff and Committees.
General Golf Rules*
- All Members and Guests must check in within the Professional Golf Shop before using the Golf Course or Practice Facilities
- Only registered golfers actively playing a round should be using the paths and course.
- Golf Carts may be rented and operated by licensed drivers only
- Only 2 occupants may ride in a golf cart at any given time, with the exception of those utilizing the Fore Fun vehicle, in which case up to 4 occupants may ride
- Occupants may only ride in designated seating areas – riding on the back, side, front, or any other non-intended area is strictly prohibited
- Carts may only be driven in designated areas on and around the golf course
- Operators must observe all Daily Cart Rules as indicated in the Golf Shop and on the 1st and 10th Tees
- Carts are to leave the path only during “90 Degree” cart conditions and should do so after the teeing areas; carts should remain in the fairway areas as much as possible and avoid the rough, transition areas, severe slopes, wooded areas, and slopes around water features and sand bunkers
- Carts should return to the path before the wooden stakes and should never under any circumstances be within 20 yards of any green complex
- Handicap Flags are only available to those requiring assistance as confirmed by a physician – please consult the Professional Golf Staff for further information
- Personal Push Carts may be used as long as players observe the following:
- Push Carts should be kept off of all teeing areas and greens
- Push Carts must be kept away from bunkers and should not be taken between greenside bunkers and the green
- Push Carts should be kept a safe distance, in a flat area, away from any green

- All Golfers are expected to observe the Pace of Play established by the Professional Golf Staff and the residing Golf Committee
- Golfers not able to keep pace will receive a warning first and be advised of their position; if the group is unable to regain their position, the Professional Staff will ask that the group “pick up” and move to their pace position; faster player should be allowed through when appropriate
- All Golfers are expected to fill divots with the sand provided and repair ball marks; we should all leave the Golf Course the same if not better than we found it
Dress Policy for Golf Facilities
All Members and Guests are expected to wear proper Golf Attire when using any of the Golf Facilities which include: the Golf Course, the Putting Green, the Back Practice Green, and the Short Game Practice Area. We want our Members and Guests to be comfortable, but we also believe certain attire is appropriate for golf facility usage.
- Men are to wear collared shirts or appropriate golf pull-over or jacket; we encourage men to keep shirts tucked in while using the Golf Facilities
- Men are to wear trousers or Bermuda style shorts
- Women are to wear tops featuring either a collar or sleeves, or both, and/or appropriate golf pull-over or jacket
- Women are to wear appropriate length shorts, skorts, skirts (Golf Specific items or items of length no shorter than 16.5” in outseam) or non-denim pants
- Only Spikeless golf shoes, rubber-spiked golf shoes, or athletic shoes are appropriate
- Metal spiked golf shoes, leather soled dress shoes, flip flops, and any length women’s high heels are not allowed
- “Warm-Up” or “exercise” apparel, “cut-offs”, swimwear, athletic/biking pants/short, halter tops, and any non-golf fitness specific apparel are not permissible for Golf Facility usage
- Blue Denim, is not permissible for Golf Facility usage
- Juniors aged 10 and over are expected to follow the dress code as defined for men and women. Juniors under the age of 10 may wear T-shirts, but may not wear denim shorts/pants, flip flops, leather heeled shoes, or use the facilities while bare foot.
First infractions of the Dress Code will result in a review of the policy with a staff member. Second infractions will result in an official warning. Third infractions will result in a formal notice as well as appropriate course of action as deemed by the Croasdaile Country Club Board of Directors. Please note that Club staff enforce the rules but do not make them. Your patience and understanding with staff if an unfollowed rule is addressed is much appreciated.
Cell Phone Policy for Golf Facility Usage
Croasdaile Country Club is very sensitive to the modern business and personal needs of its Members and Guests; and we understand the demands on our Members and Guests to stay “in touch” or available. To assist in the full enjoyment of Croasdaile Country Club, we ask that the following guidelines be observed when considering cell phone usage on or around any of the Golf Facilities.
- Cell phones should be kept on silent and/or vibrate, or otherwise inaudible to surrounding Members and Guests
- Phone calls should be accepted and taken an appropriate distance from all practice facilities and players so as not to interrupt or distract surrounding Members and Guests
- If a call must be taken while on the course, Members and Guests are urged to consider advancing away from play, safely, so as not to delay pace nor interrupt fellow players

Guest Play
Croasdaile Country Club is a Private Country Club for use by its members and approved guests only. Below are guidelines for Guest Play/Golf Facility Usage at Croasdaile Country Club.
- All guests are to be accompanied by a member unless the sponsoring member makes prior arrangements through the Professional Staff or General Manager
- Sponsoring/Accompanying members are ultimately responsible for all guest activity including charges and facility usage
- A single guest may accompany the same member no more than 6 times during the year for golf
- All guests are expected to follow the cart, dress, and cell phone policies
- Sponsoring/Accompanying members will be responsible for any guest in violation of the rules

The Professional Golf Shop at Croasdaile Country Club provides a gateway for our members and guests to the further enjoyment of their golf experience. We offer multiple instruction opportunities for all levels and ages of golfer including: clinics, on-course instruction, group lessons, lesson packages, full fitting services, and club demo opportunities.

We also have the ability to special order preferred sizes and colors and encourage our members to take advantage of that service. Our Professional Staff offers full club fitting services at no charge to our members. With the wonderful practice facilities available, there is no reason not to get fit at your club, outside where you can see the ball, and in the conditions reflective of your home course!
