Course Tour

This simple opening hole runs alongside Farm Gate Avenue. Playing slightly downhill, a well-struck tee shot to the middle-right of the fairway will leave a clear approach to a green tucked to the left.

Hole #2 - Perhaps Croasdaile’s signature hole, this first par 3 can be a simple birdie or devastating double-bogey. The green is wide, but shallow. Any shot that comes up short will end up either in the fountain pond or a bunker.

Hole #3 - It may be the longest hole on the course, but this green is reachable in two - and has even had a recorded double eagle! A long drive down the right side avoids the fairway bunker on the left while leaving you in a perfect position to thread your second shot between the fairway bunkers on the right and the trees on the left.

Hole #4 - The "Bell Hole" is a sharp dogleg right Par 4 that starts with an elevated tee shot into a blind fairway. If you manage to land in the fairway at the bottom of the hill, you'll end up with a short iron onto the green.

Hole #5 - The second longest Par 3 on the course again brings water into play. Check the pin position and adjust your club selection accordingly to have a chance at birdie on this large, two-tiered green.

Hole #6 - This is the only true three-shot par 5 on the course. The 550+ yard monster is dissected by a small creek that crosses the fairway about 200 yards from the green, then again about 25 yards in front of the green. Layup crossing the creek and leave yourself a wedge to the slightly elevated green that is guarded on all sides by sand and rough.

Hole #7 - It often plays as the hardest par 4 on the course, mostly because of its length. Thread your tee shot through a tree-lined shoot. A narrow rolling fairway cuts through the woods, leading to a small, fast green.

Hole #8 - Keep it straight in the fairway and you'll set yourself up for a mid-iron approach to a slightly elevated green guarded by bunkers on the left and right.

Hole #9 - Starting off at the elevated tee overlooking the fairway valley below, you're almost level with the green more than 430 yards away. A soft fairway wood or long iron will keep your tee shot from rolling straight into water at the bottom of the hill. The clubhouse is the backdrop for your uphill approach shot to a large green.

Hole #10 - Short but tricky par 5 is reachable in two, but it starts with a good tee shot. Aim your tee shot between the fairway bunkers to setup an uphill approach shot to a gentle green.

Hole #11 - Slightly downhill Par 3 plays shorter than its yardage. While it is the only Par 3 not guarded by water, sand will catch any off-line shot.

Hole #12 - This hole kicks off a stretch of three difficult holes. A tee shot long enough to make the corner of this dogleg right is a must to have a chance at hitting the green in regulation.

Hole #13 - While it isn't the longest par 5 on the course, #13 is perhaps the most fun to play because of its risk/reward factor. Good distance on your tee shot into the open fairway will set you up for reaching the well-guarded green in two. But with plenty of sand and mounds surrounding the green and running along the narrow fairway, a wayward second or third shot will cost you dearly.

Hole #14 - Rounding out a stretch of three difficult holes is this 200+ yard Par 3. Reaching the highly elevated and narrow green requires a combination of strength, height, and accuracy. Beware of the bunker guarding the front and right side of the green. The tee-side pond is more of an intimidator than a true hazard, but if your tee shot doesn't make it up the steep, 50+ foot hill, you can expect to go fishing.

Hole #15 - This straight, short par 4 gives golfers a breather after three difficult holes. An elevated tee shot into a tree-lined fairway leads to an uphill approach shot to a well-framed green.

Hole #18 - Slight dogleg left rolling downhill. Heavy hitters might want to keep their driver in the bag or else their tee shot might roll into the fairway creek. An off-balanced approach shot is countered by a large green with the clubhouse in the background.
