Cooking Made Easy: Seafood

Join Executive Chef Scott Rowe as he teaches you how to prepare three seafood dishes. Chef Scott will go through all the cooking techniques for each dish along with each recipe. Participants will then have a chance to sample each dish. Register early because there is a strict limit of 20 members, and past classes have sold out.
* Crispy Salmon - Coriander & Crab Smashed Potatoes, Roasted Tomatoes
* Braised Monkfish in Red Wine - Vegetable Risotto
* Pan Seared Scallops - Lentils, Pancetta and Lemon Crème Fraiche
